HOW TO GET MEDICAL CARE

Guidelines for submitting photos after receiving medical care

Once you have received the medications or medical supplies, please send us a messageon Telegram @tapsukraine a few photos.

They are needed to confirm the delivery of aid and to prepare reportsfor our partners.

1. What photos do we need?

Please take a few photos showing:

  • The photographs of the received medications or equipment must show thatthe aid has actually been received and is being used at the medical facility.
  • When documenting the aid distribution process, the best photos are those that capture the processof work or aid distribution, showing movement and interaction among people. It is best to avoidstaged photos where people are simply standing in a line with boxes.
  • hospital staff who accept donations
  • storage location for received medications

2. Consent to be photographed

If the photo includes close-ups of people, they must be informed thatthe photos may be used for reporting or publication.

For hospital staff, this usually does not pose any 'difficulties' during the handover of care, as such photos are taken as part of the routine workflow.

3. Patients and children

Please note:

  • Do not photograph patients or injured people in a way that shows their 'faces'
  • Children may be photographed only in the presence of and with the consent of their parents or guardians

Якщо виникнуть сумніви щодо використання певних фото, ми можемо звернутися до вас для уточнення дозволу.

4. Photo quality

Please send:

  • clear photos
  • a well-lit photo
  • preferably in landscape orientation

Thank you for your commitment and cooperation. Your photos help us transparently report to our partners and continue to secure assistance for medical facilities.
