What happens to a person who finds himself in non-standard living conditions?
This was the name of the training that took place in the space of the TAPS Foundation. The name itself makes you think about this question and asks the following: “What to do about it?”
So, during the meeting there were a lot of questions and personal stories. We sorted out almost all of them with our leading psychologist Svetlana Timofeeva.
As a result, we learned: about basic emotions and how they manifest themselves; about how stress affects the body and mind; what is the difference between a stress reaction and PTSD; how you can support a person in difficult situations.
This is just the beginning of the program. There are 11 more meetings ahead that will provide knowledge and practical tools in the field of mental health for understanding yourself and helping others.

The event took place within the framework of the project "Expanding Strategies, Networks and Tools in the Field of Mental Health and Burnout Prevention for Civil Society in Ukraine" in collaboration with Araminta gUG and Office of Action
