Volodymyr Anatoliyovych Nosenko was born on February 19, 1972 in the city of Dnipro.
Graduated from SPTU No. 13 in 1987. He worked as a construction worker.
He served in the A-7409 Military Unit as Chief Sergeant of the mechanized platoon of the mechanized company of the A-7409 VOS Military Unit - 100975A, was the senior gunner of the mechanized battalion, and performed a combat mission in the settlement of Ocheretine, Pokrovsky District, Donetsk Region. He was a good brother and a responsible person. Always dreamed of seeing victory.
Died defending Ukraine on December 19, 2023.
