The TAPS Charity Foundation has created a manual “Self-Help Techniques for Veterans and Their Families,” which was created by a team of professionals to support and assist Ukrainian military personnel and their families in such difficult times for Ukraine.

“We have created not just a theoretical manual, but have collected practical advice that works and helps in difficult periods of life. The people who worked on the manual have extensive experience in maintaining mental health. In the book you will find effective advice on how to support yourself and those around you during or after returning from war. Our task is to form a society in which everyone feels like their own person, where they can ask for help and receive it, overcome problems on their own, and be able to provide support to others,” comments Svitlana Timofeeva, leading psychologist at the TAPS Charity Foundation, author of the manual.
